Hotel Costs

We cannot currently guarantee any hotel costs, however based off of last year’s costs, please plan on spending around $189 + taxes per night.

Registration Costs

Because each year the conference location changes, we cannot guarantee a specific cost for registration. However, for planning purposes last year’s registration fees were as follows:

  • Student Fee – $395
  • Member Team Fee – $485
  • Individual Fee – $545
  • Non-member Fee – $625

Getting to the Marriott from Louisville International Airport (SDF)

Bus - 36 minutes - $1.50/ride

(Note: may rise to $1.75. Exact change only.)

Route 2 (schedule) services the airport and provides a direct link to the hotel.

Pick-up is located on the island on the east end of the terminal.

Distance is approximately 7 miles.

Cabs are available at the traffic island on the left of the taxi stand.
